Celebrate your birthday with Broadway Pizza®! When you become a member of the Broadway Pizza® Kids Club, your child will receive a free pizza postcard in the
mail! They’ll also get a postcard during the month of their birthday for a free pizza, ice
cream sundae & a birthday gift!

The Broadway Pizza® Kids Birthday Club is exclusive to kids 10 & under.

Each Child Will Receive:

NOTE: If birthday child is a member our Birthday Club and they bring in their birthday postcard, they will get their meal free and will not have to pay the $7.

How it works:

We prefer that all kids birthday parties be booked in advance. Please call your neighborhood location.
Parents please download and fill out this registration form and bring to your neighborhood location.

All children participating must be 10 years & younger. All other participants may order off our regular dine-in menu.
Birthday parties must have a minimum of 6 children attending.
